Married women confess what they hate about their partners

Everyone wishes for a happily ever after but in real life that’s far from reality. While it is near to impossible to like everything about your partner, women especially find some habits of their partners intolerable to bear. We spoke to a few married women and they dared to bare their feelings. Here are some candid confessions:

01/ Untidy house

"Every time my husband comes home from work, he literally goes around throwing his things all around the place. Not just that, he doesn't even care to keep his things back in place once he's settled in. His towel is always lying on the chair, his shoes won't be in the shoe rack. Ugh! Overall, he's a big mess and I absolutely hate that about him."

02/ Biting nails

"My husband has a habit of biting nails when he's too engrossed in something that he's doing or watching an intense scene in a movie. I've tried to stop him from biting his nails a hundred times but he just won't stop! It's so annoying to see him rip off his nails like that even when there are guests at home or if we're out for a movie."

03/ Not being a helping hand

"Since women are always expected to be the ones who take care of the house, my husband never ever helps me with house chores. But come on! On one side we speak of equality and all that jazz, on the other, men don't have natural instincts to help their wives. I mean, I can't possibly keep doing everything on my own in the house. It's a huge responsibility, you know? I absolutely hate that my husband doesn't understand that sometimes, he should be a helping hand too."

04/ Bad listener

"I have a husband who's a great talker. He can charm everybody around him when it comes to talking on different subjects. But when someone starts speaking to him? Oh boy! He's one bad listener. He just doesn't have the patience to hear other people talk and cuts them off each time they try to share something. And of course, we've had several arguments about this, but it just doesn't work on him. He just doesn't listen."

05/ Kitchen mess

"My husband is someone who gets this sudden urge to cook for the family once in a while. It might sound sweet and all, but it is also the day when I have to do most cleaning. He enters the kitchen, spends a few hours in there and the next thing I see is a whole different level of mess. And who has to do all the cleaning later? Me! Not him, ever. He felt like cooking, he cooked and left the messy kitchen all for me to clean. So hate this about him!"
