Cuisinart Cold Brew Coffee Maker
4.7 out of 5 stars on Target.com with 54 customer reviews
"Easy to use"
"I have been making cold brew for years with the coffee sock method. The cold brew from my cold brew machine tastes just as good but is so much easier to use and clean up after. The only downside is that it makes about 1/2 as much per batch, but that is mitigated by the fact that the process with the machine is SO much faster." — Siscolleen

"Excellent cold brew made easy "
"This brewer works very simply and conveniently. I don't use the coffee in the filter method. I use the coffee in the jar method and leave the filter in place until I use it all up and want to make the next batch. It is easy to clean. I got the 2-quart size. It is tall but fits on the same refrigerator shelf as the half-gallon milk cartons. The jar seals work well and still leaves the jar easy to open. The pour spout works as advertised, snapping securely shut and holding itself away from the spout opening when open to pour so no splashes from the lid falling into the stream. The filter is very strong and fine-meshed. In my first batch, I used up the last of my fine ground coffee. It tasted good but a small amount of sediment made it through the screen. A final filtering with a fine mesh filter from the hot coffee maker removed the rest. For subsequent batches, I used a coarse ground coffee and the jar's filter removed all sediment. I would definitely recommend using the coarse grind... The excellent taste and ease of method lead me to highly recommend this brewer. I am very happy with it." — HK

"Make great cold brew coffee for less "
"I purchased this to make cold brew coffee at the office. My coworkers and I were going to the local siren at least 3-4 times a week for our afternoon pick-me-up. It was starting to become a serious drain financially. We all chipped in to get this pitcher and take turns buying beans. Get them ground for a French press, or super coarse, and you'll have a pretty good replica. The instructions for making cold brew are pretty easy. Of course you'll get some micro grinds that will make its way through the filter but that's to be expected. If you're OCD about it, you could pour it through a strainer or paper filter. Or just let it settle and pour gently. We've seriously cut down our caffeine expenditures by 50-75%. Now, if we could figure out a way to order out less :)" — DT

Toddy Cold Brew System
4.6 out of 5 stars on Amazon with 1,866 customer reviews
"I just used my new Toddy, and it's literally just as good as the coffee shop. I love it. I even messed up a little and it's still good. You're supposed to plug the white container, put the felt filter in, pour 1c water, then 6oz of your favorite COARSELY GROUND coffee like for French press, then 3c water, the last 6oz of coffee, finally pour the last 3c water over the grounds and press with a spoon to ensure all grounds are wet. Wait 10, 12, 24 hours on the counter. Unplug over the carafe. Drain coffee. Lasts 2 weeks in fridge. A kitchen scale helps. I didn't fully read the instructions, just plugged, stuck in filter, poured in coffee then all the water, and forgot about it for a day on the counter. I almost threw away the filter. Also remember to use a 1 part coffee-2 part water or milk ratio. Unless you want rocket fuel." — Jordan Michelle Jasper

"I ♥ this coffee maker!"
"For at-home coffee, I was using a french press for hot coffee and making batches of cold brew with a giant pitcher. The french press is great - until you have company and you need something that will make more and stay warm. The cold brew system I had was okay, but it seemed to waste a lot of coffee grounds. Plus, I had to wait for 18 hours for it to steep. I was skeptical about the cold brew feature on this machine, but it turns out really good! It uses less coffee grounds than the cold brew system I had been using and is easier to clean up. I've tried the classic, rich brew, and cold brew settings on this machine, and all were great. I've had this system for about 2 weeks and love it so far! If there's a con, it's the filter. I like the idea of the permanent filter, but I will say that it leaves more sediment in your coffee cup than a paper filter. If you're used to a french press, you'll think it's fine. I did switch to a courser grind and that reduced the sediment a bit. It's still better if you use a paper filter. I haven't used the specialty setting or tea settings yet. I also love attached milk frother. I was getting the cold foam cold brews at Starbucks and now I can make them at home! If you're looking for a new coffee maker that makes various brews and sizes I highly recommend this machine!" — KLaLa

"Easy to use and clean, sturdy, recommend!!!! "
"Was hesitant to buy a cold brew system because I didn't understand the process and assumed it would be too much of a bother. But after forking out too much $$ for my daily fix, I decided on the Coffee Panda. Love it!! It couldn't be easier — add coffee, add cold water, put in fridge. And this set up is easy to clean. The glass carafe is thick and sturdy and the rubber part on the bottom makes it so it doesn't slide around. The whole thing is well-made and feels solid. AND it makes great iced coffee!! I set it up after I clean up from dinner, put in fridge, and it's perfectly done in the morning. I add half and half and flavored syrup (my grocery store carries Torani brand) and it's just as good, if not better, than a store bought. Love my Coffee Panda!!!" — Charlotte

This will be a real treat in hot weather. The coffee is sweet, not bitter, the instructions are simple. and the results are yummy. "Best COLD brew coffee maker ever!!! "
"I am so happy I bought this. I had been using my French press to make a pot of hot coffee and then putting into another container to refrigerate it. I want the benefit of drinking a less acidic coffee, but I also wanted to keep some in the fridge without having to make a new pot everyday. This coffee maker makes that possible! Not only can I make enough cold brew for a few days, but I can also serve it from the same container. It is an incredibly nice serving piece — beautiful in its simplicity and easy to use. All you have to do is fill up the cylinder in the center, pour water into the container, and refrigerate. Depending on how strong you want the coffee will dictate how long you will leave the full cylinder in the pot. I like my coffee strong, so I let the grounds sit in the pot for up to 12 hours. Then I remove the cylinder, run water through it to clean out the grounds, and return the empty cylinder to the pot. Simple, right? And it makes the most deliciously smooth coffee. I am a true coffee addict, and I can tell you this way of prepping coffee is incredible both in flavor results and ease of use. Do not hesitate to purchase this cold brew coffee maker!!! :-)" — KGB

"Must Buy For Coffee Lovers!!"
"This thing is awesome!!! Makes a cold brew that tastes amazing in minutes versus 12-24 hours! I've already recommended it to everyone I know! I've used the kind that take 12-24 hours, and they get a lot of sediment. This didn't seem too at all. I've only used it three times, and I make a concentrate so it lasted me all week each time. It's incredibly easy to use and the directions are clear." — Mamabear
