Jennifer Stone From "Wizards Of Waverly Place" Shared What It's Like To Be A Nurse On The COVID-19 Front Lines
"It’s about putting myself aside to help somebody else.”
Earlier this month, Jennifer Stone, who played Harper in Wizards of Waverly Place, shared on Instagram that she's now a nurse helping those battling COVID-19 on the front lines.
In an interview with Deadline published on Tuesday, Jennifer shared more about what her experience as a nurse in midst of the pandemic has been like.
“I can only speak for myself because I think every nurse and person has their own way of processing life,” she said. “I think, as a nurse you’re just hit with it a lot more upfront and to be honest, I look at it this way: During a 12-hour shift, it’s not about me. It’s about putting myself aside to help somebody else.”
